Another small loss for me. I'm at 137.8 lbs now.:)
It's slow progress but at least I'm going in the right direction, especially as I was convinced I'd put weight on again the other day.

Smart move to do a pre pancake weigh-in :sneaky:. So going with yesterday's 162.2 lbs.
Woohoo, 172lbs. Hang on, that's a gain.
Giving up beer is bad for my health. That said, the urge for ale in the evening seems to have passed. So maybe I can stop distracting myself with food and start managing the belly lard.
What may look like a step backward is really a step forward.
60.3kg on unreliable scales, essentially using them as an arbitrary guide now!
81.1kg for me
Nothing! Still 137.5lb. Here is another one that needs a good talking too!!! My plan during the month of march is to stop drinking (not that I have a problem :o) but I do like a glass of rose' with dinner). Im just hoping it doesn't work to well as I'm not doing it forever :-)
Another kilo for me please.
I've gone from 64kilos (10st 1lb, 141lbs) to 58kg (9st 1lb, 127lbs) since January so pretty ok with that, just 4 kilos (8lbs) to go.
Not had a drink since boxing day, promised myself I'd not have any until my 40th (26th Feb) but go away on friday for a week or so and can't promise I won't be tempted, might have just about earned one though??
Not a jot, I need a good talking to as well, hoping that giving up all crisps and savoury snacks for lent might help, but I am away again this weekend so that won't help. I even did a half marathon road race to see if that would shift some poundage, all it did was remind me why I don't do road races, running up an A road facing traffic going 70 miles an hour is not my idea of a fun day out!
62 kilo's for me this morning... bit more than I had hoped, but I haven't exactly done much cycling either... and at least it is still a small loss :)
As long as you keep using the same scales, at least you know if you are loosing and how much, even though you won't know exactly how much you weigh :)
My scales are unreliable too, as in usually 2 kilo's out from proper scales at doctors. However, I also always get weighed with all my clothes on at the doctors and in the middle of the day, while at home I always weigh myself unclothed and first thing in the morning...
