We paraded around the James Herriot race at Castle Bolton, we being DJ,CJ and myself.
Twas very hot but a cool breeze on tops made it bearable. :cool:

i will im afraid, aint ran properly for 7 months had to settle for walking and biking. had a double hernia op. and my knees been playing up with itb that just wont settle so a gentle jog twice a week. thinking of digging deep and going to see a sports /knee doc. anyone know of a good one to recomend in the yorkshire area .preferbly east yorks.looking forward to shifting injury and running again its quite depressing watching all the runners go shooting by on events. how are u master all well i hope, i'll have to back read the forum and see whats going on.:)
