same for me. Set off at 8.30 this morning on a long trip round a bit of the HPM Bitingly cold at one point with a hard frost making the ground uncomfortable to run on unless you got on the marble hard snow then it was like road running.
Fairhomes up to Lost Lad then followed watershed route to Wainstones where I cut down to the swamp and back via Alport and the Defiant wreck(first time I've been there) by Rowlee pasture.
Feeling it by the end but it could be the intense cold/carrying a heavier load/tired Legs from Mondays race/all of the above:o or the fact i've not done much long stuff recently.
