I have a Tesco's ready made meal in the fridge I plan to have after my run today but it hit its expiry date yesterday so I have got to ask myself "Do you feel lucky Alf?"
You really know how to make a meal sound appetising DT http://i592.photobucket.com/albums/t.../rolleyes2.gif
(I had a few grapes with it as a healthy option http://i592.photobucket.com/albums/t.../whistling.gif )
stepped on the scales, stepped off the scales and onto a diet. All that beer has caught up with me :o
12 1/4 stone nothing drastic required but a half stone lighter would be nice. The belly could at least stay still when running
:o apparently the Manchester engineers go out for lunch every Friday... It would've been rude not to join them on my first week. Bumper fish finger butty.
I am sweating the weight off now on a stupidly rammed train :closed:
this may have been true of ready meals 25 years ago
my tesco curry tonight had no artificial anythings in
19% GDA sugar, 23% GDA fat (9% GDA saturated), 40% GDA salt
and it was yummy http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/forum/...out_smiley.gif
Oh dear,
long bike ride tomorrow required.
