Oh stagger.
Well a group of us did a 10k race this morning so we are good.
But the same group every year watch the Australian Grand Prix with a big breakfast at our house (courtesy of moi:closed:) so we recorded it this year and all piled back after the run to undo our hard work with a fattest of fat fry ups :o

Biked yesterday and done a short gym session at lunch time.
Might do a simple hill session this evening before the wet weather comes later in the week.
How did the race go ONW? I watched the GP, no surprises there and less overtaking.

I was back down to my minimum-so-far weight of 12'5 after my flat road half marathon yesterday :w00t:
next weigh in day (2nd April) coincides with the 40 Mile day out that is the Four Inns Walk, so I'm hopeful of hitting my target weight of 12'4 for the first time... :thumbup:
