not sure when I last posted but another scrappy week last week due to feeling duff.
Sunday 14th march - keighley 10k road race (had done the hobble day before)
Tuesday 16th - 6 miles around lickey hills in brum.Tuesday evening on course in brum, drove to pub to have quick half with fellow course attendees at 9.00pm, ready for early night and hard training on wed, walked home from pub at 11.45pm
Wed 17th - recovery!
Thurs 18th - am 37 miles leicester to brum on bike
pm 37 miles back again.
Fri/Sat ill, bug I cannot shake
Sunday 21 - 16 miles recce calder thingy run thing
today 22nd 45 mins turbo trainer, still feel a bit run down.
