Oh that is sad news about your friends friend hill !!! been there with my dad, he was pretty young at 52 & it's his birthday tomorrow.

:( oh sorry to hear that SL 52 is no age these days.

I am doing the Nottingham (Robin Hood) half marathon... some of my colleagues were trying to get me to go on the radio beforehand but NO WAY am I letting the general public know how bad a runner I actually am, I have an image to uphold!!!! :o

is it your 1st half, deffo you cant go on radio beforehand your image & you need to keep concentrated ;)

yes tis my first half SL - not really well enough prepared but I know I will get round ok, it will just take a long time!!! :D

my sympathies, only in her 30s , how tragic, life can be so cruel at times, you think of her on that run and say a little prayer for her.
