Wolf`s Pit Jnr/senior races
If you`re not Galloping around Grindleford in the Peak this weekend then why not pop over and sample this tester. We also have Fun Run for the Kiddies and a Junior Fell race prior to the start of the seniors. It took a while to get access permission but this race is on again, sharp hill at the start guaranteed. Thanks to land owners for there help. Finally, Please follow parking instructions as local residents can sway our putting on a race next year
Re: Wolf`s Pit Jnr/senior race

Now then, that's an idea. It's a long climb out of Chapel, but then it's all downhill from there. I'm tempted.
Re: Wolf`s Pit Jnr/senior race
Enjoy guys, really wanted to do this one as it's on my doorstep so could of ran to start (might of needed a lift home after though!!). In Wales on a course so I'm out. Look forward to seeing the results :-)
Re: Wolf`s Pit Jnr/senior race
Don't forget that parking (expect for those with fresh enough legs for bikes) is at the garden centre so a long walk to the start field. Give it plenty of time!
Re: Wolf`s Pit Jnr/senior race
I'm coming. Was going to cycle & watch butnow my calf's feeling much better I'm going to jog to the start & see how it feels. I 'might' race but am struggling to find my mojo for this first one of the year. It's because I'm a back runner, so still lack confidence at fells :o. I shall be wearing my Smiley Pace vest, so say howdy if you see me
Re: Wolf`s Pit Jnr/senior race
If anyone picked up a small red and black bumbag from the race field today (possibly by the trailer between marquee and 'gents') I'd be very grateful of its return. Happy to describe its contents to the finder!

Marvin, were you the man in the pennine (i think) vest who parked his bike next to mine saying that any theiving types would nick mine instead of yours?
