We were out before 5am this morning. A lie-in on a Friday must be nice :closed:

Just a quick note of appreciation to Stolly and Derby Tup for the idea.
Loving this running every day business. Tis brilliant int it.
 Indeed!
I owe a big thank you to Stolly for inspiring me to run every day in September. Managed 31 runs in 30 days.
Since then I haven't run every day, I've probably missed a couple of days per month.
Some days it's very difficult to fit in and whilst I guess it would be possible to grab a sh*tty 20 minute run round Salford at lunchtime or something on those days, just to keep up the daily thing, I figure that actually, if those days where time is just too tight are the only days I don't run, then that's not bad at all really :w00t: (and it means I don't have to go for a sh*tty run round Salford).
I did try not to go for a run one Friday evening in November, and just lounge around. Hated it. Went for a run about 10:30pm :closed:
Day 43 today. Going out later for a run over the local hills :closed:
I'm still cracking on with this by the way :)
I took a day off April 1st, after my 100k.. otherwise run everyday now.. its actually easy once it becomes a habbit.
In terms of ease its actually a doddle and like you said a fixed habit, although admittedly I don't burn much rubber with my running in the same way you do Iain. All the same this I'm so far averaging 50 miles each week and over 9,000 feet.
I think I've sort of got my pre-BG tapering sorted now (which will come in useful for all my future attempts :) ) For my effort on 22nd June, I'd run something like 38 miles and 12,000 ft in the week before the week before (front loaded) and 23 miles and 3,000 ft the week before (again front loaded) with most of my runs being slow dawdles in that final week. I felt really strong on the BG day and night despite the fail and I carried on running straight off the bat and managed to rattle off a 48 miler with 8,500 feet of climb in the next week (albeit back loaded :) ).
I can't afford to cut down anyway what with the LL100 coming up
