Here are a couple of photos from today’s leg 3 run. We also saw a brocken spectre, a first for me.

Nice photos. Tough luck Roy - better luck next time, hope you're uninjured.
as bill mentioned i took a stumble on doddick which probably made it worse for me on leg 2 + 3 there was a bit of a nav issue on scafell i was already down on time and no matter what i was trying to do to get time back it was,nt making it better i was down quite a bit, leg 3 went well but the later it got the warmer it got time was getting an issue so called it a day at the top of scafell so meaning i had slow walk down from summit so not to make injury any worse that i had masked by the painkillers i was taking but fantastic team i had thanks wish the outcome could of been better i will be back
Oh and don’t mention Beyonce the sheep, :o :o ba ba.

Sorry it didn't happen this time Roy. It was a great effort and I'm sure next time will be the one. It was a spectacular morning to be out in and seeing the Brocken spectre was a rare moment. Also, thanks again to Andrew for the lift back to dunmail.
Hard luck Roy. Sounds like leg 3 was a bit of a nightmare, though Tahr's pics seem to show you quite happy!! Its all experience in the bank. If nothing else you've certainly helped me. Despite getting dropped off I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of leg 1. If I can I'd be happy to be dropped off the back somewhere next too!! Rest and come back stronger!
woke up this morning with bruising from top hamstring to back of ankle
Bl**dy hell!! Post a piccie!! :)
