This is brilliant...not only have I joined a community of nutty people like me that like the taste of blood in their mouths as their lungs are about to explode and their legs buckle but also courgette enthusiasts. My total must be going on for 40 with one at least the size of a slalom kayak...I only went away for a week!
ps have you tried courgette/ginger/orange jam? Sounds gross tastes gorgeous and uses at least three oversize ones.

They had courgette soup on at the cafe today - didn't have any though - Urrrrrgh.
