350 junior soldiers passing out on parade in a snowstorm here. About 1500 spectating. Bloody freezing, but thank goodness for a curry lunch. One broken ankle in the snow, a mother.

Our first real snow here - it was white last week but mostly just a very hard frost for days. An inch now.
