just do what i did wake yp one morning think oo what shall I do today - oh I know I'll run a marathon!! No time restraints just time on your feet in the hills and sunshine - fantastic stuff!

Thats the problem i wont last that long on my feet at the moment and the only thing i think when i wake up is im going back to bed
