I am sorry, did local 8 mile circuit, to be honest i ran all way i found it very easy compared to fell?? also with carrying a tad its easy on the body, no steep downs not watching feet bla bla in fact i am going again very soon --------------------- all part of the two year plan, when you lot see me at XOTF i will have to wear a name badgeQuote:
