I've waited two years to have a crack at it and then strained my calf two weeks ago. Got back running over the last 3/4 days then the old niggle is back. Still hoping to make the start line.
Could someone give a Ben novice some tips:
- When does the running stop?! (In terms of when does it stop being runnable, Rob Jebb aside)
- What are the cut offs like?
Much appreciated:thumbup:
Running stops at the Red Burn for me. 3 mile in and an hour for the cut off.
Next section is the tough going mile then the last bit is runable another hour for 1.5 mile.
Hand your tally in at the summit marshal and get back as best you can.
1.15 cut off on finish line.
Keep a bit for the mile of road cause it tough after that descent.
(Then have a great night before the suffering starts)
Watch this for a basic idea of what's to come.

Can someone please name the hall where the presentation is usually held.
We have a friend who wants to attend after he has run the West Highland Way.
Many Thanks
