Oh God!! I just fear this kind of thing. I'm 55 years old and have no idea what a router is or what my cache is to clean out. In fact I am as useless at fixing things with my computer as I was at last Saturday's race!!

Got a couple of you at Sprinkling Tarn. Also tried Wharfee Link pressed f5 twice and worked 2nd time for results on GoogleAttachment 7108 Like Wharfee's photo of 1st Climb
Ctrl+F5 forces a non-cached refresh
After waiting nearly a week for the results I can't believe that there's more comments re PC skills / issues than discussing the results. Are us forumites more interested in tapping away on our key pads than running :D ??
whenever I see Wasdale results it just reminds me how great that Lee/McIver record is...
what is it 3:25ish?
The blokes is that.. their was 4:12.. Lloyd ran 4:17 this weekend.. I know a hot day but still. I think I ran 4:20 or so when i did it on a not quite so hot day..
being contentious - is a vv good womens record but not as great as some - say Peris, Snowdon, Stuc a'chrion where all are 14-16% of the mens, Wasdale is 22%.....
Peris is superb, not sure who has got close. I think Snowdon can go yet, it should be around half marathon time.. so mountain runner from a very strong road running background could stand a chance to push it closer to 70.
But I don't know Wasdale well at all, it was just when I ran it, I remember thinking well I always beat JL so I'll run close to 4.. and then finished over 4:20 or so.. it was a hot day but not sure on a good day I'd get much inside that if at all.
