Those results make interesting reading. I was pissed-off to miss a sub-4 this year, but it looks like most people were 10 - 15 minutes slower. Conditions were certainly a bit mucky, but it wasn't really windy or terribly cold was it? They must have been the factor.

Well it was my first run back after 40 days injury since Xmas day, just pleased to get round in decent shape without dying tbh.
