:D actually did it in 2:20:28 but it took the extra 7 mins to get across the start line.

you know what I actually ENJOYED it :eek: well I took calf's advice to run the first bit almost tooooo easy to make sure I could get round ok and it worked, I felt quite knackered by mile 11 but the knowledge that was only a couple more miles to go kept me going

can't wait to go out for a another run now, i am all enthused! Today though I have been off work and have been mainly non-constructive :rolleyes:
