Mine and Stef's vests arrived today too. Very nice and in time for a run out on the South Downs at the weekend :cool:

First outing for my new red vest at Kielder Marathon today...hope it turns me thoroughbred! :w00t:

Had a good run cheers Steve. Weather was perfect. Died in the last 10 miles but made 4.27 so pleased with that as it was full of ups and downs!
Saw AK, he wimped out due to man flu, but was taking piccies. His wife ran too.
Also ran the last few miles with Phil Green :thumbup:
Oh, and met Steve Cram!
The new vest is well and truly worn in! :wink:

Well done MG and Mrs. AK, sympathy to AK, man flu is a real marra downer, women just don't understand, that death you felt in the last 10 miles MG, that's what man flu is like, only 10 times worse:rolleyes:
