:( yep - it felt a bit twingey after the half but then I didn't really run much all week. went out running yesterday and it just got more and more painful :mad:

Must be months since I posted on on the 'down the pub' section. I've been a stranger to the forum most of this year. I can talk running again without getting the rope out now i'm back racing again myself!

No drinking for me tonight. Had a couple with my vindaloo that didnt' sit too well this morning!

Good to see Oxo back. Especially now that the Roadie has got all serious with a chick. :rolleyes: I miss the gravy boys stuff.

on the plus side in 3 months it'll be christmas eve:)
