Very steady run round Fewston and Swinsty this morning, about a dozen of us, 55 min on the flat. Started off cool and autumnal, but warm and humid by the time the picnic came out.
About 6.5 miles yesterday, too.

Three miles or so recovery run along Dales Way. Just the ticket after yesterday's Yorkshireman
7 miles through local farmland.
First run for 3 1/2 weeks due to lazyholidayitus and my legs were well heavy
Twelve one minute fast intervals off 30secs rest, split in to two sets of six with a three minute rest between sets. A real lung buster for a novice like me...
Pie and peas and Taylor's Ram Tam as part of Pet Shop Pete's ongoing 70th birthday celebrations
Oh, we went for a run first. That was great too. Past Bob's house :)
8.5 miles with 1500ft of hilly road running. Now if I can start doing 2-3 of them a week and get a long run in over the weekends I should be back to full fitness with a few weeks :)
An hour and a half trot around Hobson Moor down towards Tintwistle and round Swineshaw? Res, up and then along the Pennine Bridleway back to Brushes Res. Lovely run just ruined it all with a massive burger...
A slow laborious 7 miles over Dorset farmland. Legs well heavy and tired.
Nipped round my extended Stretton Skyline loop again this morning in 3h40, another really nice morning for running. :)
Nearly opted for the 195's as the terrain isn't overly harsh, but chickened out and slipped the 212's on instead!
