A short jaunt up and down Black Hill from Wessenden Head in 41 mins. Around a 1000ft up & down. A tad wet. The collapsed peat tube is getting bigger. Beware on Tanky's, it obviously runs under the path!

4 slightly muddy miles along Watery Lane, through Cleatop woods and back over the tops with my furry britches at tea time yesterday followed by another 2 or 3 (very boring) miles running round (and round and round) the running path at the Richard Dunn sports centre in Bradford while daughter numero duo was rugby training.
1 hour of squash followed by a 6 mile (very flat) road run. I wish I lived in the hills :(
