What a cracking day yesterday for the race. Thanks to all the organising committee on another first class event.
Finley took his 4th win on the trot and Holmesy took a Connochie Plaque along with 4th and 1st vet. Angela Mudge was 1st Lady.
Very well done to Fleeter for his 10th place.
He went well sticking with Sam Watson (6th) to the top and half way back down.Quote:

Brilliant race as always. Forgotten how tough it is on the road at the end but I did manage to pass quite a few people but the run round the field nearly finished me off.
