Anyway, followed Ogden Clough round to the slabs, headed up these to the trig, down the trod below the walkers' path, up the cart path, down to the bottom of the banking of the upper res, sprint up the banking, along the path (parallel to the road) to the lower res, up through Fell Wood, down to the banking of the lower res, another hill sprint, and back along the road to the car park.
7.14mi in hour and a half. Beautifully clear all the way round, until I was stretching off when it started drizzling. Priceless timing. ;)
