11 miles 1100' mostly on road and lanes. I stopped to take some snaps of icicle formations I had spotted on the previous day's run.

Fantastic "run" in the snow on Saturday. Parked in Hayfield, along the trail to Birch Vale and then up Ollersett Moor. Waist deep snow made it hard to walk let alone run. Rolled down the hills into Chinley and then up South head and Mt Famine. Kinder looked spectacular from the top of Mt Famine. Was tempted but was also knackered so back into Hayfield and a crawl up Lantern Pike to finish off.
Probably the slowest but one of the best runs I've ever done
Is no one training this week ??
As I've been out Monday AND Tuesday it looks like I'll be a clear favourite for all the major fell races next season
40minutes in hotel gym (usual mix of treadmill, stepper and bike). Pleased with four sessions whilst away because its been a hectic trip
Nothing for a couple of weeks....too worried to train on this icy ground
1 hr 20 on and around Longstone edge. Surprised to see so much snow. Some big drifts up there. Almost all the run on untouched paths.
