short run from home, stunning views of the Clwydian hills
Nine miles - six of them hill reps - 10 altogether - such short hills here in Suffolk - more like an undulating trail run. At least it was mainly off road - X talons very good on the icy stretches.
Hour n' half up top in The Chew, great views from Wimberry, quiet, peaceful, bliss :)
An hour across the fields and canal bank. Be glad when christmas is over so I can have the paths back to myself, and there won't be dozens of people out for their annual walk!
42 mins on Danefield including 4 decent climbs before watching CC then a road mile back to Danefield car park from Surprise View after watching.
Short n' sweet today, Plantation - Wimberry ascent/descent and return....managed to dodge the mass of humanity that had invaded The Chew for their Boxing Day meander ;)
Nothing for last two days; starting to twitch a bit now! In-laws came and camped all Xmas day so got nothing done.
Went for a bit of a sledge with the kids today; not sure that counts though.
Ribble Valley 10k tomorrow (oh joy:rolleyes:), once that's done with i can stop doing the speed sessions for a while and get back to some proper fell running.
8 miles along the sea front on the East Coast
Just back from a slushy low level run in The chew - warm and melting quite fast low down, looked cold enough up top to resist the thaw!
