I got that recently too. Nurse was taking my Heart Rate and it was kind of low
Think I floated out of the room instead of walking

My GP knows I am an affalete, as d the nurses. The benefits of a small country practice :)
My fat percentage is done once a year, with calipers, by the guy who does my blood lactate testing to see what HR zones to use for the coming season. It is always done in March, after my winter training camp... so pretty accurate I think.
My HR and BP were so low that when I ended up in A&E just before xmas it caused some concern, so they put in my notes that I was a PROFESSIONAL MTB racer :w00t: and they kept on going on about what an athlete I was blah blah blah... because of low body mass/fat/HR/BP... I wasn't feeling it at the time! But apparently I hold the record for being in recovery after my op: only 5 minutes and everything was back to 'normal' an I could be moved to the ward :D
Hi Hes
The Doctor could have definitely have done with losing a few stone;) to get into the healthy range, so I know what you are saying, my new doctor a younger lady (not long qualified seems a bit more switch on). I am too only trying to loss a few pounds to get faster it is not really a health or vanity thing, I find the amount of training I do makes little difference to my weight now days, I have to watch what I eat to get it down .
Like the rest of you when I have been to hospital and my blood pressure/ pulse is taken it they usually go for a second opinion. My resting rate is 38 BPM, although I would like to say that all down to how well trained I am it is at least impart due to a natural low heart rate. I said joking to the last nurse taking my heart rate, if is over 40 I am in trouble, she checked it twice then asked if I did a lot of sport, when I told her I was a Hill/fell runner she wouldn’t shut up about how she had seen us running hill races and how unbelievably fit we all were, it was quite embarrassing. :o

Back up to 83.1 kg. Not surprised since I've had the kids over the Easter holidays.
Still 67.5kg. Too much Easter chocolate.
I am in need to a major telling off. According to Strava I am averaging 5 runs a week and done about 550 miles so far this year and still I am going in the wrong direction. I can JUST about claim 71 Kg so up another 1/2 Kg this week. With all of the running in preperation for helping out a club mate in his BG next week, I am eating like a horse.
I am going to weigh myself after my lunchtime run. Its not cheating as I was going to run last night but work commitments prevented that. Honest!
159 Ibs - going the right way again probably due to the weekend's activities. I don't think the 5 miler at lunchtime made a lot of difference.
67kg - depressed that putting on weight ! suppers are now banned and only eat what i'm given by the wife + am training more so can't understand why not loosing it!
