avatar help required!!
I have an avatar sizer thing installed which i always used before and did so again to put my mug shot on, but a message came up saying I need to load in manually it says my file is 76 x 102 and needs to be 100 x 100:confused:
HELP!!:o
What do i do now?!:(

It means the dimensions of your av are exceeding those that are allowed by the forum. Use your "avatar resizing thing" or a image editor such as G.I.M.P or Photoshop to resize it. If you resize one edge of it to say 80px and the proportions are linked it maybe that the size of the other edge maybe greater than allowed thus resize it so its not proportioanl, IE manually set width and height as <=80px. Or you could create a canvas 80x80px then cut resize the original image to fit in that canvas maintaining propotions. Or do it several other ways but those will see you right.

Hopey resized it for me but then it said it is not a valid file image :mad:

That was tricky!
Just spent the best part of 2 hours faffing about with my avatar, non of the programs i had on my PC would get it small enough - how bleeding frustrating. I downloaded avatar capture for free which is pretty nifty, but you get adverts with it... If only I did that at the beginning, well there you go, anyway we're back!
