Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
Is the thursday any good to you Manhar
Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
I could probably make Thursday. How about the Bulls Head at Tintwistle.
I think they do food on Thursday lunchtime.
Or maybe the Royal Hotel in Hayfield - good food and good beer!

how about at Crowden and we( if I can make it) can do Lads leap race route. Possibly take in some of the wrecks that you pass?
Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
I will join you if I can.
Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
Thursday (28/01) sounds good - location to be mulled / debated over - The Royal in Hayfield sounds good.
Will give you a lift Tom - although do you not have college on that day ? ;)

Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?

Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
Anyone bringing Cake wins my vote Emm :)
All - How about a 10:15 meet at the Royal for a 10:30 start - hopefully avoiding the rush hour traffic for those that are travelling that bit further.
Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
Fine with me, see you there.
Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
Everyone Ok for Thursday ? Be at the Royal George Hayfield for a 10:30 start. :)
Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
Will be there around 10:15
Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
I don't know if it will affect any of your travel plans but when I was going to Chesterfield on Monday I got rerouted from Hayfield through New Mills to the A6 because of bridge repairs on the A624 so your journey might take a bit longer if you are coming from the Chapel end?.
Pity I am working Thursday as well :(
Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
Thanks for that Alf. Will be travelling from the Glossop end. Sorry you can't make it.

Hope to be there but if I am not there by 10.25am don't wait for me.
The pub is The Royal (The George is another pub a few hundred yards away).
The Royal is the big pub with a big car park in the middle of Hayfield, across the bridge from the church.
Re: Anyone fancy a trot ?
Cheers Swoop - Everyone clear on that - meet at the big Pub with the big Car park :o. Btw Swoop after tonight (semi final 2nd leg) 1 of us will have an extra spring in our step.
