I think that although both have 4 arrow cushioning, the Roclite 319 might have a different feel because it has lateral and medial posting to provide torsional support (i don't know what this is) and it also has protective rand which is useful if you run in rocky paths with sharp rocks.

Just bought it. Certainly bulkier than the roclite 315 propably because of the 4 level cushioning. It has a narrow toebox, maybe a bit more than the 315 and certainly more than the 295. What i don't like: The "mesh upper" is not exactly mesh. If you put it in direct sunlight you can't see the light coming through. I don't think it will drain easily if water goes in. Another thing that disappointed me is that it doesn't have a second eyelet as most Inov-8 shoes so you can lace them more secure. It feels loose in the achilles area. I like more the fit of the 315-295.
