Height = 6' 0.5" ~185cm.
I ain't confessin'.
But I knows what I knows....
162 llbs I feel so fat - I need to lose at least 7/10 of them. Help me diet guru Stagger
I don't have any scales but will weigh myself at work next week. 82kg is my estimate :o
I'm 6ft 1 and tons of fun, and I dress to a T...oh no, wait I'm confusing myself with the Sugarhill Gang again! I'm 12st (168lb), give or take a coupla pounds at any one time.
I'd be willing to go up to 12.5st (175lb) if anyone wants to trade?:p
(That's 76-80kg in new money.)
5 foot 7, 12 stone, was 11 stone a year ago, need to be 11 stone again....................or 6 foot, whichever comes sooner;)
175CM, approx 78kg. Need to lose the fat from round the middle, weighed myself at gym had lost weight but gained fat was 82kg at start of last term!!!
5'8"
Got weighed at work on Friday morning = 10stone 6Ib
'Long Weekend' off
Weighed again on return to work Wednesday afternoon = 10stone 7Ib
I don't think that's bad for less running, & trying to keep a sensible diet going
(fully dressed in uniform, on both occasions)
forgive me lord for I have sinned. On the 1st of Dec i was 12 stone 1 now after 4 weeks of illness and a week of cakes, cheese and beer a frightening 13 stone !!!!! OMG
I'll get back to you with specifics, but I need to lose about 2 stone at least....
I am a heftey 197.5. (down from 206 at the start of last year, up six since summer). However, that is before I consume the huge duck i will be cooking today! Pilgrim I feel your pain, I have had two bouts of manflu since early october and each time I feel ready I have a relapse. Here and now I will pledge my flimsy reputation on dropping ten pounds by the end of March.
Me and Stef F are off to Whitby to run 30 miles shortly. Operation 2011 starts here. Best part of two stone needs to go between us :o
I won't bore you with the specifics, suffice to say there is an awful lot that can be lost.
Maybe I should lay off the beer and lard!
For a small-boned one I've got much too much all round the middle - my 1980s running peak was c9st 10, now c12st.
Aim to get back below 11st this year - honest!!
Am I the only one that has lost weight over Christmas? Now 11st 2lb and 5'11"
Of course a racing snake like myself doesn't have to worry too much about his weight http://i592.photobucket.com/albums/t.../rolleyes2.gif

for all you chubby chaps, (no chapeses?) latest Mens Running mag out, article 'drop 10lbs in 30 days'. to save you £4:20, to sum it up-run more, eat less, eat right, use weights, yeah right! personally, 10st 10lbs-5ft 11" and have been so all year, all I do is run and drink beer AND eat everything I can lay my hands on.
PS- does anyone no what I did boxing day to be shunned by Mrs. O and little Os?
Oh dear OBNW. Are you in trouble for an unknown incident?
I am 5'10" and a lardy 10stone 10lbs ish... :o (THERE I SAID IT!)
I was perfectly happy with my former 10st 4lb ish self, so that's the target...not drinking in January (not including today - the Xmas beers need finishing!), and should find more time for running while I am working on the doorstep. I even ran today, hangover and all. Let's get rid of this lard!
5ft 8 62kilos . you can run as far as you like but the only way to shift it is to eat less lard .
12st 13lb this morning (181lb)
6'1" and broad framed, so not too much excess http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/forum/...now_smiley.gif
determined to get down to 12-4 (172lb) by mid-May... http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/forum/...eth_smiley.gif
6'4'' 165lb but a crap runner nevertheless
Am I the only person who is not worried about their weight ??
I am always between 192 - 196lbs and I am not honestly fussed or focused on my weight - I am 6' 0.5". Over Christmas I have gone to 197lbs but that will disappear by the time I am back to work on Tuesday.
Perhaps I am lucky but my weight has never really been affected - even when I have gone long periods without exercise and generally eaten crap food - nothing more than 4 - 6lbs anyway.
I've worked hard this year. Cut out lots of food and trained hard on the bike.
Down to 62 kilos and I'm about 5 ft 6.
I've re learned to eat again. I use to think all I could have was pasta. Not eaten any since September. Running and cycling better than I have for years.
I've found a formula that works for me but had a lot of help as well.
Learned a long time ago that new years resolutions rarely last.
Good luck all.
