If you fancy a really steady jog round JJ I will bring some gear a run with you.
I have a sore foot but a 4 mile steady jog should be OK.

No problems. I did. I enjoyed the run, except for the tarmac at the end.

Crow Hill, the road section looked a right teeth rattler. Got loads of photos of most runners coming down road, all except the last one as I had to go. I will put link up when I've sorted them out.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Been helping Ben on his successful BG :) :) :) . That slippery road was horrible in new fell shoes - I came down very timidly.
