Great looking shoes, I love my 190's but isn't the pricing getting a bit daft now? £110 wtf
if you zoom in the 255s say 245 and the 245s say 225 whats going on there?
is it me or do these look like X-talon 212s??
hard to see the differance.
81 quid on Wiggle at present for pre-order - a tempting price. Not a tempting colour. Having torn through the eyelit loops on two pairs of Inov8s this design is more appealling.
Not seen on other sites yet - including Inov8
The difference from the X-Talons appears to be the sole - looks like the usual mudclaw grip rather than the medium rubber spikes of the Talons.
If anyone was at Coledale Horseshoe I brought the Mudclaw 300, which was on display in the registration tent for people to have a look at and chat about :-)
I've just held this shoe at race registration in Chamonix. Unfortunately it was a demo and a size 8. Got very excited until discovering it was a demo. Definately seems to be what I've been hoping for. Lower at the ankle bone, wider at toe box but same mud claw sole. Can't wait for this to come out. I think I'm in love!
Have you come across the VJ Irocks yet...

Those look good, as do the rest of their range. Anyone used VJ shoes?
Just had a flick through an inov-8 product book thingy, guessing the shoes inside are 2013 releases..
How about 1 arrow shockzone Roclite 243 and Mudclaw 265 ........ :)

Can't locate any of the 265 yet, but it won't be long
All those pretty colours and lovely new numbers to get excited about. I'm sure we'll all be running a lot faster in those :closed:
Ugh! Roclite 243 could be my signature model! Huge want em now - factor..
Any news of the "minimalistic" OROC!?
I don't often get that excited about shoes and normally don't give a toss about colours etc but INOV8 must have brainwashed me because I am currently trying to decide how I can justify replacing my Roclite 315s with the new colours (blue and grey) at £75-80 when I can actually get the old grey/orange ones at about £40 online (it would be my 4th pair though, I deserve a change;) ) and I'm looking forward to trashing my mudclaws on BG recces and Borrowdale so that I can justify buying the 300s later this year...
And i´m excited cause Roclite 243 seems like the best shoe Inov-8 made since X-talon 212.. For someone like me who loves "performance fit" this one rates a lot higher than any Gym-colored Trailroc.
The 243 is a shoe they should have made years ago when the 190's were released. Lets just hope it lives up to expectation.
that 243 looks like just the shoe i've been waiting ages for.
Nice little Inov8 Trailroc 245's review by Paul Tierney (3rd in the Lakeland 100 in 2011 and 2012)

3rd week in August I'm told (sales guy in Lakes Runner in Ambleside)
Bought a pair of new 272 Mudclaws today in Planet Fear in Keswick for £49. Bit expensive but hey ho :closed:
On the odd pain-wracked (!) run I get out on at the moment, my re-soled harriers are still sticking like sh1te to a blanket. Cost me twenty quid at Lancashire Shoe Repairs. Value for money, that! They are a sort of muddy blue colour...
How surprised was I to see Anti's warm reaction to yet more inov8 shoes!
I blew it with regards to the new 300. My mudclaw 333s don't have much life left in them and a bargain offer of £50 online for a new pair was hard to ignore. Bit annoyed that I didn't bother to read the small print and they weren't delivered in time for Stolly's BGR attempt and won't be for Borrowdale either but I will trash my old ones on that and look forward to some new ones. I'll have to wait another year for the snazzy 300s.
