No don’t support any of the football teams, if I were to support any team it would be one that played the gentleman’s game of rugby.;) Don’t think I am preggers either.:o
Joking aside, I didn’t eat anything new, and I still have the taste over a week later, even a bad curry wouldn’t still be with me.
Don’t use bad language, so mum hasn’t washed my mouth out, not had any pears, but Dove???? Well I have eaten a few woodies in my time (wood pigeon) perhaps a Dove slipped in with them.:w00t:
Thanks everybody, at least you are making me smile.

Re: Soapy taste in my mouth.
No vomiting/diarrhoea/tummy pain? No cough/cold symptoms? No medications? Many things can cause an odd taste, including infections - if it does not get better I would suggest you see your GP for an examination/blood tests.

Thanks for that Mike, No sickness or diarrhoea but I started feeling unwell yesterday, swollen glands in my neck, headaches feeling sleepy and tried. Wife made me book an apportionment with the GP, you know what wives are like. Got one in the morning, so hopefully I will get sorted.

Re: Soapy taste in my mouth.
Doc’ says I have an infection, what is infected she doesn’t know, which is fair enough, she says give it a week and see how thing develop; if I have not improved she will get some blood test done.
Her only comments was that I have very low blood pressure and heart rate, she said I must be an athlete, never been called an athlete before,:o she said I must have been telling the truth when I was asked the usual questions about lifestyle, diet etc.
Thanks everybody.
