hello all, just thought i'd introduce myself i'm charlotte from cumbria, i have just started fell running again and just thought i would say hi, i'm hoping to meet other runners from cumbria to share tips/advise with and perhaps go on runs with, feel free to message me folks

Welcome charlotte, if you are looking for steady long runs, the BG section Class of 2014 has forum members on there doing sections of the BG most weeks.
