The other "A" word, AMAZING, has also been downgraded to meaning 'quite good'.
In a similar way, 100% is no longer good enough as a benchmark for sportsmen.

The word 'sick' seems to have replaced awesome and the likes. It seems the extreme sub culture is now mainstream and no longer extreme. Funny kids these days. All about monster energy and tattoos..
