Loads of details on http://www.bofra.co.uk/Bradley.php including piccys of the route. Loads going on so worth making a day of it, especially if you have a family in tow. Nice low key race, well worth doing, and not as short and sharp as some of the BOFRA ones.
Some pictures of last years event and some pictures that take you through the course on..http://www.bofra.co.uk/BradleyPhotos.php
Basically an out and back from the showground. Go to http://www.aqvi55.dsl.pipex.com/run/races.htm select Yorkshire from the drop down list and it's the yellow marker just south of Skipton.
Just watch out for the beck when leaving the showground!!
This is great - thanks.
I like the BOFRA views of the course, but it's not easy to plot it onto a map from the photos!
I'll look at your site later Bob - my archaic work PC won't open your map.
Went for a run on Bradley Moor last night.
The race should either be run in waders or in some sort of boat.
I reckon I'll have a paddle over for this one.
Eh! That were a bit damp! First race for nearly six months and the lack of race pace showed :o My slowest time ever for this race. Biking home was hard work as well.
Great set of junior races with record turnouts for all races and some cracking performances.
A good afternoon out and a nice little race.
Was a good race @ Bradley quite enoyed it
Having looked at the pics on the Bofra site I might be tempted by this on Sunday - probably a lot drier underfoot than it appears to have been in 2008:D
I'm getting pissed up on saturday night so i'll have to see but the route does look very pleasant.
Congratulations to England U17 trials winners Jack Willis and Lizzie Greenwood, two albums of photos on http://woodentops.org.uk/
Write up on the BOFRA site: http://bofra.co.uk/news.php
Enjoyed this little race - good afternoon out for the young 'uns.
