well, as i ihave mentioned elsewhere, i am no masterbaker, so i shall have to purchase some sort of cake for purpose of energy replacement post run. And yep second half pendle run is on (quite a bugger to do apparently), not sure of time we are all meeting at pendle though? 9ish am was it

we did the second half a couple of weeks back and i bet you cannot beat emmielou's cake. it was fabulous.
I am doing a 12 miler tomorrow on whernside and Inglebugger but if my legs are fit enough then i will be there on Sunday morning as i need to break in my new mudclaw 330's that the kind people at Inov8 eventually replaced for me.
depends on the cake on offer as well
i may provide some cake, not really a big cake eater myself to be honest, but will make an exception Sunday
i have heard on the grapevine that a certain provider of cake may be there so definitely count me in
and I will try not to get stopped for speeding this time. I think I surprised the copper sat on a towel wearing skins!!! not had the summons yet but I was stopped for doing 90 on Settle bypass after the last recce of tour of Pendle

I got my cakes today from ASDA (bit of a cheat I know, but I'm not a baker!).

nice run that was yesterday, looking forward to the race, cheers emi, cake was sent from the gods, mine from sainsburies, have the kids devoured it yetany how, there seems to be plenty of places to go wrong on the route, but luckily enough, pete bland does the full and half tour harvery maps, quite useful
