Doesn't really help, nice and crisp and clear over here, no wind. Would be a nice day for a jog up my favourite hill. Mind you, i have a race tomorrow, so sitting here and eating Mince pies and drinking coffee is probably not a bad thing. Still stiff and a bit sore after last weekends race!
