I suggest your read this book.
If it was a tan horse your dream was symbolic of sex and love.
Quote:
Meaning of Dreams about Horse: Dream Interpretation Dictionary - Horse
The horse is a noble and powerful animal. As a dream symbol it can represent a wide range of positive thoughts and ideas about self or others. Depending on the details of the dream, horses can symbolize freedom, power, and sexual energy. At times, they can also be considered messengers, relaying information from the unconscious to the conscious, from the spiritual to the physical. If you are horseback riding it suggests that you are self assured and feel a sense of control in your daily life.
Old dream interpretation books say that the color of the horse is also significant. (Remember that this is based on superstition.) Black horses are said to point out delays; white horses reinforce the positive and transformative aspects of life; gray horses may point to the difficulties in the dreamers current situation; piebald horses are symbolic of confusion; brown horses are associated with mental pursuits; tan horses are said to be symbolic of love and sex.
i find if i keep thinking about jennifer anniston and courtney cox i have a wonderfull dream most nights
oh and ive just realised which forumite courtney cox reminds me of :)
Well, as one who is something of an expert on dreams I can tell you that this is indeed a dream of a sexual longing nature. Now, I'm not quite sure but from reading the evidence it seems you have a great desire to make mad passionate love with a person, possibly with a name something like Cldohppoer. Do you know anyone with a name like that?
How is it when you wake up you know you've had a really wierd dream, it was vivid etc but an hour later you have completely forgotten:confused: Like this morning for example - beggared if I can remember but I KNOW it was wierd!:o
I had two vivid dreams last night.
In the first one, Derek and Clive were swearily poking me with red felt-tip-pens in the park.
In the second, I was made admin for the FRA website and forums.
Can anyone give me any advice on these? Dreams always seem so much clearer in the bible...
last night i dreamt that 5 yes 5 forum ladies were dancing around my bed
I keep having dreams that i'm in a fell race and trying to run but somehow being held back or unable to speed up, it's like i'm running underwater.
I had a dream about an old schoolmate last night. Then saw him today at dinnertime, not seen him since school, weird.
I hope my dream doesn't come true..... I sometimes dream I'm sat naked on the loo in full view of lots of people when there's a perfectly private cubicle I could've used close by. It's always a different place, different loo; and I always feel total humiliation. :o
Last night I dreamed I ate a huge marshmallow. When I woke up the pillow was missing ?
Boom boom :o :D
It's good timing that this has been bumped back up the list of threads. I don't normally have vivid dreams or ones that are very easily interpretable.
However, last night I dreamt I was hurriedly closing doors and windows to stop lions getting into an apartment and eating me. On the final door, instead of stopping at the door and shutting it, I ran out of the apartment and past the lion who was waiting on the stairs (this was involuntary - I wanted to stay in the apartment). I then ran down the stairs to the bottom floor of the building, chased by the lion, at which point I realised that as long as there were two lions present, they would fight each other over which one ate me and I wouldn't be eaten.
Any dream analysts out there?
So, should we carry full body cover for all races or not? ;)
(sorry...)
Positive, i think it stems from my unswerving commitment to recycling, to post a fresh thread would use up more server memory and we'd have to have them changed again before long. Oh dear i'm getting anal again, Auntiesocial will be all over me like a recycled cheap suit. :p

Here is a replacement :p
I dreamt something terrible had happened, I was distraught and was hurling plates and cups out of anger and disbelief. Thankfully my alarm went off and interrupted the dream but when I tried to switch it off it fell on the floor because my hand was shaking violently and I'd lost my grip. My heart was pounding and I was soaking wet.
Has anyone else out there experienced anything like it? Not a nice way to wake up.
God Stef sounds scary. I've had very vivid and distressing dreams before, and woken up with heart pounding, and had very horrible waking dreams I think they are called, where I've been very aware of my surroundings etc, with my eyes even open, but still in a dream state. It was during tough times, when I under a lot of mental pressure, so I wonder if your op next week is the cause, especially after you had already prepared for it then been sent away, I guess it must add to the worry this time? I've never experienced what you've described with your hand shaking and so on. I wonder if you'd really tensed up while 'sleep smashing plates' (well there is sleep talking and sleep walking so why not!) And strained or cramped up your arm and hand.Hope your experience is not repeated anyway!
The worst dream I ever had was when I was a kid, I can't remember the exact sequence of events but it culminated in me being stabbed in the chest and feeling blood sheeting down my front. I awoke to find my self soaking wet and for a heart stopping moment thought it was real. I actually had to rip my t-shirt off and check because it scared me so much. Horrible.
On a lighter note. I had a dream about Cameron Diaz last night, not what you might think (unfortunately) but a dream where me and my wife interviewed her about a new film whilst she and her friend (an aging sitcom actress who I can't remember her name) loaded some sheets of board onto a trailer. Very random, and not got the foggiest idea where that came from
Don't dream but i do see gargoyles and creatures following me around some of the time and other times people chasing me when i run. Odd i know but you get used to it and the drugs which are supposed to stop this don't work. Makes life interesting though.
You're right I'd been having nightmares, up to three a night since the postponed op. I'm relieved to be able to report that I haven't had any since that particularly horrid one. I'm going back to hospital in the morning for take two, but this time I'm going private so hopefully it won't be such a stressful experience.
Fingers crossed for peace from now on.....please!
Steff I also have a horrible dream. In it, I'm winning the senior mens National Cross Country Championship but i'm wearing pink panties. What do you think this dream could mean?:w00t:
