A review of the photographs on the Kinder Downfall website would indicate that women enjoy fell running much more than men.

And that fella is not enjoying it as much as the woman, ostensibly cos he's 'trying harder', yet he is still being caught up by a woman walker, who is enjoying herself! :p
you would notice that i had joe creeping up om me so i couldnt afford a smile
the lady walker is smiling cos ive just offered her my phone number
It looks like the walkers are grumbling about the slow runner's getting under their feet.
