I know it's a bit late but good luck to anybody doing the Yorkshire XCs tomorrow. Should be 11km of undulating, muddy, strength sapping fun... let's hope it rains to complete the picture!

Too right. I haven't felt that rough after a race for a long time! No surprise to see some of the established fell runners like Heneghan and Holmes well up the field, and the usual high standard compared to other county champs.
It was a good race venue. The course was really muddy this year and energy sapping. Really enjoyed the race. Finished 5th in the Senior Women's race and got Yorkshire call up as well! Bingley won the women's team as well!
Nice one MG. I'm waiting for 4 senior men to catch flu before i get the Yorkshire call-up!

I reckon I'll run at Nottingham as an open runner if that's possible. Nestle Rowntree's runners did well yesterday and it'd be good to go down and support all the Yorkshire girls and boys including ours that represent... :)
