THats what's he asking us about, if he knew he would not ask the question. Honestly fell runners. Who are you penguin anyway? At Lothersdale all I heard whenever I ran past spectators were people giving you abuse.

Not sure what I run like but as I came through Ribblehead at the PPP the commentator announced " here comes Paul Smithson from Keighley with that distinctive unusual running style of his". What a b*****d!
