Compartment syndrome is a serious condition that would threaten your leg and ultimately your life if untreated :eek: Luckily, I don't think you have it! I also don't think its a good idea to ignore niggles. I ignored my own good advice recently to my peril... I continued training for a week on a niggle that turned out to be a stress fracture and probably made the thing a whole lot worse :( Its always worth trying simple things first like icing it after you run and making sure you are stretching enough but if the niggle persists get it checked out by a physio who is experienced with sports injuries. A recommendation is always good or you could find one using the link below.
