I take it this isn't just a glorified pub crawl?

The Four Inns Walk is a tough competitive walk in the Peak District, approximately 65km (40 miles) long, over some of the roughest moorland in Britain. The Walk takes its name from the four inns along its route – The Isle Of Skye (site of), Snake Pass Inn, Nags Head and Cat & Fiddle.
And not even very glorified.
I use a Berghaus 64zer0, but any of the racing sacs with more than a 25L capacity should do the trick. Depends a bit on how light and compact all of your kit is.
The Four Inns has a pretty variable field, and having had deaths in the dim and distant past their safety rules are pretty stringent in terms of kit.
It's a really nice race though - and at least they've now got rid of the rule that said you had to wear boots;)
Ferg
bugger - I'd narrowed it down to the race elite 20 or the adventure light 20.
I guess I'll have to take my kit to a shop and pack it rather than order of tinternet to check it'll fit.
You might get away with 20L - depends if you object to a bulging sac (ooer) and if you can get your other team members to carry the bulkier items of team gear.
In fact, a small sac might be stategically good from the latter perspective;)
Now then, anyone doing this.....any tips?
