Fruit and fibre, 2 slices of toast with marmite for brekkie. Carrot cake, banana, apple mid morning, off for a trot now with a cliff bar in my bumbag, carrot cake flavour of course;)
Half a bag of Tesco's finest Steak and Theakston's Old Peculier Ale flavour crisps. My new top-rated potato-based snack

Slap up lunch of two sausages, egg and chips plus two slices of wholemeal toast. Lashings of salt, vinegar & brown sauce. Oh, and a couple o' campussinos to wash it all down....
....Hope there are no nutritionists out there reading this post! :(

A step up from beetroot n cheese sarnies today,roasties,pork chops,roasted mushrooms n veg.
Got back last night after running to discover the in-laws had left me some leftovers: "Russian fish pie" (= salmon, herbs, egg & rice wrapped up in puff pastry). Very welcome at that time of night! :p
So far today I've had
One bowl of kellogs start
One BIG bowl of museli
One Banana
One bowl of rice pudding
One packet of crisps
and I'm still bloody staving:(
