Yesterday's eating,
Breakfast, bowl of porridge with honey.
Lunch, Garlic mushrooms, some grilled Haloumi cheese, Jumbo beer battered haddock, chips, mushies and salad, pint of Guinness, pint of Black sheep.
2am feed, i'm on nights, Chicken and mushroom slice and mushies, apple, bag of kettle chips, double decker.
So far today, bowl of porridge with honey. Just had to make a ham sandwich with marmite cos malnutrition is setting in as i type. Chicken Kiev and baked spud for tea and wife's bought some carrot and orange cake from Tesco's. Will be starving by 2am again:eek:

So far today I've had a bowl of (slightly stale) Special K and a tescos egg and bacon sandwich.... which I can still taste.
Nothing else and its 3:25 pm.

Huge bowl of porridge and syrup
banana
apple
2 satsumas
whole tin of beans and 4 slices of brown bread toast for din dins!
2 slices malt loaf
packet of carob coated raisins
orange juice
6 glasses of water
3 cups of coffee
getting peckish now but 2 hours of traiing to do first!
tea will probably be a barley risotto.....only me that likes it!
lost half a stone this week too :D

All i ate today was some porridge at 11am then some egg fried rice at 6pm and im just eataing two slices of toast
2am feed. Spag Bol, bag of kettle chips, apple, orange, pot of tea. Porridge now before bed, will manage to do some training in between filling me face, promise:rolleyes:
Just taken delivery of some Clif bars, carrot cake flavour. Sampled one before i go out for a trot, bloody delicious, feel like staying here and scoffing the whole box:eek:
Left over chinese tonight - chicken chow mein, noodles, bit o' rice and some satay. Yummy.
Beef and red wine raviolli in tomato and chilli sauce, mixed salad and garlic bread. Carrott cake for pudding and anything the kids leave will be mine, oh yes it will be mine:D
Wife has done too many skinless sausages so 4 going spare, not for long;)

Getting to that time of the week when I need to think about washing the pots again.I've 5ive plates and 5ive dishes ,so is a case of buy some more or wash what i've got. Think i might get some metal ones someday so I can chuck them in the washing machine with me running gear.
bowl of museli with chopped banana on top for brekkie,then at 10 am had a raisen bagle,dinner was cottage pie and an apple,a yoghurt at 3pm and some tuna pasta for me tea soon,then cake

A bowl of Alpine and a big mug of tea for breakfast, a grande latte in Starbucks for afters and two flapjacks and another coffee at work for afters afters.
The missus has just popped her head into the office to ask if I want a fish finger & brown sauce sandwich.... Silly question. :D

Hunting round the kitchen in desperation for something sweet when I remembered I still had my Whernside chocolate bar in my goody bag...yummy! And a nice cup of Earl Grey. :)
None of this Nouvelle cuisine (French for f**k all) or Tappas (Spanish for i'm not really hungry). Spanish omlette and chips, toe ketch, salad and last of the carrot cake for pudding:cool: Roll on 2am:D
Fancy risotto tonight - arborrio rice, chicken stock, dash of sauvignon blanc, sun dried tomatoes, 3 sorts of mushroom, peas, ham, salami and freshly grated parmesan off the block. :)
Now, what's for pudding? :(
Porridge for breakfast, cheese sarnie just before Ravenstones, power bar after, jacket potato with chilli, half a cheeseburger some chips and some onion rings (thank god for kids that can't finish their tea) Still flippin hungry:eek: Copious amounts of Strongbow now:cool:
