A quick reminder that its Hathersage on Monday night.
Good friendly race this, a nice gallop up to Higger Tor and then a fast descent back.
7:30, junior race at 6:30 (early than stated in the calendar)

Can't wait.
Well, what a fantastic run, must have been a record turnout, slightly delayed start and perfect temperature for running. A bit slippy underfoot to keep it interesting.
A record turnout for the Hathersage Fat Boys in their smart black vests spread throughout the field.
Thanks to the organisers, marshalls and St Johns who had a bit of patching up to do.
Brilliant... such a lovely night, would have been fab views from the top if I could have stopped watching my feet:
Well organized
Looks like the results are up.
170 out of 231 for me. Not too disappointed with that at my first Fell Race attempt (and running in carpet slippers!!)
Hey Cavey, you beat me by 9 seconds! Well done - I'll get yer next time :D
Was just a bit disappointed at being a full 6 mins slower than 3 years ago - wasn't sure I could really blame jetlag for that. However, Mr Lurker has pointed out the course has got longer and actually my time isn't that bad...in fact it has to be a pb! So happy again.
Good little race - enjoyed it - thanks to all organsers.
Yes, the route used to go left after the field gate just below Millstone Edge and follow a rising line around to Higgar Tor. It now continues straight up to the ridge and follows the ridge to Higgar, a bit longer and a bit more climb. Think this was the 3rd year for this route but not sure.
I'll keep my eye out for you next time Rich (and make sure I keep in front too!;) )
