Training in the Algarve

Ay up,

off to Vilamoura after Donard for some sun.

I know there's supposed to be a lot of golf courses which will be getting an early morning run on and we'll be visiting the Monchique mountains but has anybody else got any good spots for running there?

Will have a car so distance no prob.

ive ran loads along the coast
very up and down
but to hot
be carefull
