Downloadable entry forms

Why do lots of races suggesting downloading a universal entry form from this website and yet I can't find one on here?

Both Duddon and Fairfield suggest either an entry form from this website or from their own. Fair enough I do actually know where else to go to get one, but what's the point in saying there's one here if there isn't?
